I will DM you my email address and you can search for my emails. The amount you are charging to my credit card & I have not received any communication from you is awful

The worst hire company! Nowhere to be seen when something goes wrong. Left me w/o a car for 3days. No one to speak to. 15 emails sent& no reply. AVOID #disgrace @Budget @budgetireland @BudgetEuro

@Budget I have sent so many emails over the last two days and I have telephoned every number possible. I'm stranded and without a car. This is such an awful service and I am raising a complaint with the Car rental council Ireland and Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
