@Fidgetz93@TheCryptoDaddi I agree with all that. I use 27s and it’s virtually non existent pain wise. I rotate all the delt heads, hips, glutes and occasionally the quads/lats. 1/2 inch works just fine. I’ve also done every dosing protocol you can imagine lol daily for the win, no contest
@AchilleNic@paulb3rd My coach isn’t a motivator he’s a guide. I think your experience with coaching, if any, was sub par at best if that’s how you see it lol
Hard disagree here. Coachs provide experience and insight that random influences and “doctors” on the internet usually can’t. Plus a good coach isn’t using a generalized one size fits all formula, much more personalized. Internet is filled with more bad information that good half the time, and how does one know how to accurately discern ?

@TheCryptoDaddi For growth 2-4 is sweet spot for most people. Just start low and titrate up slowly so you don’t get as many sides. I run 2 in my health phases, 4 during fat loss, 6-8 during growth. I never come totally off really
