45 days ago I got demonetized for 'inauthentic content.' My case was escalated to the internal team for a second time. After two weeks of silence, I got another rejection — where in the SAME email YouTube said my channel was 'reviewed as a whole'... and then one line later admitted that 'reviewers can't check every video.'
So which is it?

But wait — it gets better. I was demonetized for 'inauthentic content.' But in their latest email they suddenly switched it to 'reused content.' Those are two completely different violations. YouTube can't even keep their story straight.

On top of that, despite filing a formal complaint under the EU Digital Services Act, they still refuse to tell me which specific videos violate their policies. I have no idea what to even fix.

🚨🚨🚨Dear YuTube, if your reviewers "supossedly checked" the part of my channel that supposedly BREAK YOUR RULES... why can't you just tell me which part that is?

I am reaching out to the community because I am at my breaking point. For over 180 days, my life's work has been unfairly taken down by @TeamYouTube’s automated systems. Despite 5+ months of DMs and "reviews," I am still stuck in a loop of bot replies. I need a HUMAN REVIEW. On Nov 8, 2025, my channel Horizonte Mexicano (https://t.co/B1lMRHSqW2) was removed for "Spam/Deceptive Practices". I NEVER included external links and all videos were 100% original educational content narrated by me. The appeal was rejected in seconds—clearly by a bot, not a human. Immediately after, my older channel EconoGlobalTV (https://t.co/duluBrgs2W)—active for 2+ years with ZERO violations—was removed under the "Circumvention Policy". How can it be circumvention if I never evaded a ban? My AdSense remains in good standing and I received payments through Jan 2026, months after the channels were removed. This proves my identity as a trusted partner is valid. I have been in contact with @TeamYouTube via DM since November, but I only get the same "We are looking into it" with no updates or explanations. This has taken a massive toll on my mental health; the stress of financial responsibility and being ignored for months is overwhelming. I am begging @TeamYouTube and @nealmohan for a fair, manual human review. 4 months since my 300K subscriber channel was demonetized. I followed the 90-day wait, reviewed my content, fixed everything possible, and reapplied—only to be rejected within hours with no meaningful feedback. I’m respectfully requesting a fair manual human review.

You sent me a DM telling me I already had an open case and to continue talking to support through my email, but I explained to you that they are not responding to my emails, and are not giving me a human review.

I have shared multiple videos, including the one below, where I provide evidence of my channel's authenticity. I'm also sharing screenshots of my editing timelines which show extensive human effort and involvement in my videos.

All of this evidence and my request for a human review have been ignored thus far.

My channel was demonetized 37 days ago, and since then my mental & physical health have been seriously affected. I’ve lost 1.8Kg of my weight, my sleep is disturbed, and I’m under financial pressure at home.
