I am reaching out to the community because I am at my breaking point. For over 180 days, my life's work has been unfairly taken down by @TeamYouTube’s automated systems. Despite 5+ months of DMs and "reviews," I am still stuck in a loop of bot replies. I need a HUMAN REVIEW. On Nov 8, 2025, my channel Horizonte Mexicano (https://t.co/B1lMRHSqW2) was removed for "Spam/Deceptive Practices". I NEVER included external links and all videos were 100% original educational content narrated by me. The appeal was rejected in seconds—clearly by a bot, not a human. Immediately after, my older channel EconoGlobalTV (https://t.co/duluBrgs2W)—active for 2+ years with ZERO violations—was removed under the "Circumvention Policy". How can it be circumvention if I never evaded a ban? My AdSense remains in good standing and I received payments through Jan 2026, months after the channels were removed. This proves my identity as a trusted partner is valid. I have been in contact with @TeamYouTube via DM since November, but I only get the same "We are looking into it" with no updates or explanations. This has taken a massive toll on my mental health; the stress of financial responsibility and being ignored for months is overwhelming. I am begging @TeamYouTube and @nealmohan for a fair, manual human review. Today is 120 days since you took away my monetization and over 100 videos on your platform that my audience loved watching. As painful as it was I deleted all of those 100 videos and accepted the demonetization for the inauthentic content. I carefully did research and decided to change the format to a true documentary around 20 minute videos. I even used my voice in some of the videos for the voiceover to make it 100% human and I also used stories from my family. There is no way that this is not authentic because it's my family.

I reapplied after 90 days in April. I was rejected almost immediately and then I raised the question here and then they came back and said that it was for reused content. None of my videos have reused content that has not been transformed with commentary with my voice with my script with an entirely different viewpoint that makes it 100% authentic. After going round and round with you here on X and on creator support and email I was told that I could appeal the decision within 21 days.

Because is the second time around there is no button to click to send the appeal video and when I struck this up with creative support they sent me back to an email thread that nobody has responded to since April. Now I only have four days left on this window to appeal so basically you have caught me up in a continuous loop going nowhere.

I am not a big creator I'm a small creator and this was something that I found that I absolutely loved outside of my life profession as a chiropractor. I did this to learn how to do it to then teach other chiropractors how to also do it and to pass this down to my children as the Next generation. You have completely destroyed all of my hopes and I'm extremely disappointed. All I had asked for was that a human would review my appeal video and point out to me what is not accepted. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a business to review my work as a supposed partner since you call it the YouTube partner program. This is not a partnership. Woke up today to another copy-paste reply from @TeamYouTube.

At this point, I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. My channel was demonetized under the “inauthentic content” policy even though I create original videos with different scripts, editing, and ideas in every upload. I explained all of this clearly in my latest video appeal response, but it feels like nobody has actually watched it.

I specifically asked for a HUMAN REVIEW because I truly believe my previous appeal was rejected by an automated/AI system. But instead of a proper review, I keep getting the exact same templated response from different support members over and over again.

How is that possible if someone actually checked my channel?

I even contacted Creator Support before, and the support member told me my explanation video would be considered as part of the appeal. I have screenshots of that conversation. Yet after all that, I still received the same generic response again. It honestly feels like nobody is listening.

I gave 2 years of my life to building this channel. I worked every single day, built a community, uploaded consistently, and followed the rules. Now my monetization is gone, my earnings are withheld, and I feel like everything I worked for is being taken away without any real explanation.

This situation is seriously affecting my mental health. I can’t sleep properly anymore. I wake up anxious every day thinking about my channel, my withheld earnings, and whether all my hard work was destroyed because of a false flag by YouTube’s system.

If my content truly violates the policy, then please explain HOW. Which videos are “mass-produced”? What exactly is repetitive? What human reviewer checked my appeal?

Please stop sending me the same automated replies that thousands of creators receive. I am begging for a real human review and a real answer from someone who actually watched my content.

I no longer believe human reviewers exist at YouTube. Here’s why:

An old, inactive channel I hadn’t touched in years was flagged for “inauthentic content” in January. (“AI” didn’t even exist when I uploaded to that channel!) I deleted it because I no longer wanted or needed it.

As a direct result, all of my active channels were demonetized — not for any violation on those channels, but solely for “association” with the deleted one.

It’s now been 92 days. I’ve received zero human review, only repeated AI denials. The system now says my channels can’t be monetized until the deleted channel is “admitted” back into the YouTube Partner Program.

That’s impossible. A deleted channel cannot be reinstated or monetized.

This is a permanent block caused by a clear error. A human reviewer using basic common sense could fix this in minutes.

If human reviewers truly exist, please have one review my case.

This is maybe 3rd same templated reply youtube sent me which clearly shows that you guys never saw my content or even checked my latest videos. Becuase in latest video, i explained everything in detail how my channel doesnt fall into the inauthentic content and thats why my previous appeal was wrongly rejected by youtube by youtube’s automated or ai system.

Thats why i asked for human review. But instead of human review and proper check of my channel and videos, i am getting the same copy paste replies from you guys. 

I just need a human to check my channnel. Which i believe hasnt happened yet.

And if it happened, then why am i not getting proper answer instead of this same reply from 3 different creator support team members? 

All i am saying is watch my video where i explained how my appeal was wrongly rejected and how i doesnt fall into the inauthentic content policy. 

And i said the same thing to my last chat on creator support and he said that he will make sure that this video will be considered as a part of appeal. I have chat conversation copy. But still at the end of the day, i got the same reply as always, same templated reply. And i dont believe this is human as well. This seems ai bot reply. 

This is not how i expected youtube’s support team to be. I gave 2 years to my channel, worked hard, built my community, and now you are stealing that everything away from me just because of your mistake’s mistake? And if its not a mistake, tell me which human checked my appeal or channel? And ho exactly my content is mass produced? DO NOT SEND ME THE EXACT SAME TEMPLATED REPLY YOU SEND TO ME AND OTHER 10000 creators. I want real answer, i want to talk to real human. Not ai bot.
