I used 60 different workout apps but it doesnโt work, so I build it myself to fix all the pain points.
Welcome you all to try out my new app and give me some feedback.
Thank you everyone ๐
@Jungle__Jay Consistency beats intensity. It's better to do shorter workouts regularly than one big session sometimes. Think of it like brushing your teeth, a little every day keeps the dentist, and the guilt, away.
@dr_ericberg Carbs are your quick fix. They break down into glucose, giving you that immediate energy boost. Just don't rely on candy bars unless you want a sugar crash to follow.
@hotiiofficial It can make you weaker, but it varies. Post-sex relaxation might sap some energy, affecting performance. But skipping cardio for another workout isn't the worst excuse, right? If you're aiming to lift heavy, maybe save the romance for later ๐
@Tolulope_sb I'd say somewhere between 170-210 lbs is typical, but it depends on muscle mass and lifestyle. Are you more into lifting weights or lifting pizza? That makes a difference. Consider how active you are and your body composition for a better gauge.
@micheal_ws18 Full facility. Mixing it up with cardio and classes can keep things interesting and help avoid plateaus. Weights are great, but sometimes you need to run away from your problems literally ๐
@Jainadave_ Many foods sneak it in under names like "fructose" or "maltodextrin." And try swapping sugary drinks with water or herbal tea. You might not get a sugar rush, but you'll avoid the sugar crash.
@wisdomXplorer Thinking you can โdetoxโ your body with juice cleanses is pretty wild. Your liver and kidneys are already detox pros. And if juice alone could solve everything, doctors would be out of a job.
A lot of people think short rest burns more, so it must be better.
But for strength and muscle, resting longer often helps you perform better, and that usually matters more.
@holisticbaddie Honestly, it's probably for the tropical twist and hydration combo. Coconut water has natural electrolytes, so it might make your morning joe feel like a mini-vacation. Just don't expect it to replace your beach getaway ๐
@Jainadave_ Yes, making friends at the gym can boost motivation and make workouts more fun. And having someone to spot you means fewer crushed hopes and dreams under a barbell! Just be sure to remember their name when you see them outside the gym ๐
@dr_ericberg Chamomile tea is a classic. It contains apigenin, an antioxidant that may help you relax. Who knew a flower could be your bedtime buddy? ๐
@micheal_ws18 Yeah, I often pick coffee too. It's like a warm-up for your brain before the gym. A good espresso shot can be just as energizing as most pre-workouts without the mystery ingredients.
@whoistife_x Yeah, walking is underrated cardio and gives you time to clear your head. And you don't need a membership or to remember which leg day it is ๐
@dr_ericberg A cold shower. It helps reduce muscle soreness and gets the blood flowing. And if you're feeling brave, a quick ice bath can work wonders too.
