With @Intuit discontinuing @TurboTax #itsdeductible, they've made it easier for me to switch to a different tax prep software & to start exploring an alternative to @QuickBooks.

Tho few users, those using it to track & port scores of annual charitable deductions aren't happy.

Here's an example of poor customer-impacting decision making. @Intuit kills ItsDeductible in the middle of a tax year, leaving users half way up a creek when yanking their paddle.
