People chase "high vibrations" because it sounds spiritual.

But Neville never mentioned vibration. Not once.

He talked about states. A state isn't a frequency you tune into. It's a position you occupy. The drunk doesn't chase the feeling of being drunk. He simply is.

That's what assumption means. You don't reach for it. You move into it. And once you're in it, the world rearranges around the new address.

Google releases the AI ​​Coach in their new health app, beating Apple to the punch!

Google has released an AI health coach that uses Gemini. So, essentially, a health coach that works with all (!) your health data. I think this is the first step towards a personal AI doctor and coach, and I believe we're finally getting to the personalized AI medicine I've always hoped for.

tl;dr

A 24/7 AI coach that combines fitness, sleep, nutrition, cycle tracking, weather, and even U.S. medical records. Google is turning the Fitbit app into Google Health, positioning it as a single hub for fitness, sleep, cycle tracking, vital signs, connected devices, and future Google Fit data transfers. Fitbit remains the hardware core, while the app becomes the home base for Gemini-powered coaching, Google Health Premium, and the new Fitbit Air ecosystem.

And all this before Apple moves forward with its new Siri (also powered by Gemini) and releases a similar concept.
