For app builders, the best canvas UGC payout structure is:

-10$ per video on TikTok (minimum views 500 or 1000)
-$1 cpm on top, up to 100K views
-$0.5 cpm, up to 500k
-$0.25 cpm above 500k
-Base per video applies only to TikTok. CPM applies to all platforms combined
-They have to create and warm up a new account for minimum 3 days
-Post 2x a day, crosspost on IG / FB / YT
-Give them 1-3 viral formats they can choose from to post.
-Review their videos on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. They have to submit 4x videos on Monday, 5x videos on Wednesday and 5x videos on Friday before they can post!
-Treat your creators with respect, and it becomes very fun to work together on a campaign 😃

Exact numbers?
Play with the numbers all you want. If you get too litle hires for 10$, try $15 or $20. You can cap the cpm bonus too at like $3000 to prevent losses when going viral.

Most important?
The minimum view requirement.
The number here applies to TikTok. The minimum for Instagram would be higher since it's much easier to get higher baseline views there.
The minimum view req is important since it allows you to scale with less risk and less start capital. It's also fair, why would you pay for videos that perform very poor?

Best format?
You need a balance between high views and high conversion. I have a tendency to go for speechless hook+demo videos.

Talking videos are harder to execute and depend too much on creator delivery. Long Text videos do not convert at all.

PS:
Many creators will be entitled to more payment. But many also don't.

The supply of creators is large, and if you look long enough you'll find a creator that's willing to do it for your price. I get 1 creator for approximately every 100 DM outreaches with $10 a video.
