At this point - everyone knows AI has trust issues - across the board.
AI can be wrong.
AI can hallucinate.
AI can mislead.
This issue plagues marketers who want to leverage AI tech but dont know if the issues outweigh the benefits.
Its easy to think nothing can be done about it.
If you think that - you'd be wrong. I explain here -

Truth has been sacrificed on the altar of "free speech."
On this platform you can blatantly lie all in the name of free speech.
On this platform, hate speech is allowed all in the name of free speech.
On this platform, harassment is allowed all in the name of free speech.
On this platform, trolls are given full reign all in the name of free speech.
Why - you ask?
On this platform, everything reprehensible is allowed in the name of making more money.
Lies get more engagement.
Hate speech gets lots more engagement.
Harassment keeps the engagement going.
Troll keep daily active users up.
Bottom line, this platform is engineered to appeal to advertisers who want "engagement" and audience.
Advertisers - your money is fueling hate, deep institutional distrust, online bullying. Your media choices matter.
Dont support any platform that gives the worst of our society free access to tear us apart.
with only a couple of prompts, Gemini CLI can convert a messy folder containing hundreds of notes into a neatly named, well-structured, cross-linked Obsidian knowledge graph
all in about half an hour and at minimal cost.

You know, I kind of laugh to myself when I see people outside of buying in DSPs asking for more transparency in DSPs. I don't think they understand the mastery required to handle full transparency. You're handed the keys to full control of tweaking bids, QPS management, building your own algos, audience management, etc.
The most knowledgeable programmatic buyers/tech solutions will love this as it can get incredibly custom. The average buyer will have no idea what to do with these levers and probably drown in it.
That's why I chuckle when I see people complaining about "hidden" platform fees, they are automating those steps for you and no one works for free, everyone needs to make money, yes even DSPs. So the question should be, yes transparency is awesome and yes does allow you to be FAR more custom, but do you have the ability to handle it? A wise man once said "With great power comes great responsibility."
Was at a dinner in SF when I overheard a big tech engineer say he was just laid off. 5 minutes in, someone at the next table patted his shoulder, and said: “Same. My manager said AI took my job.”
It's happening.
CS used to be a golden ticket. Now it ranks 7th among US college majors with highest unemployment. Meanwhile, Meta and OpenAI are paying $$$ for AI talent.
I love this line from @signulll:
“The penalty for being average has never been so severe, but the payout for being extraordinary has never been higher.”

I talk to a lot of brands, and one thing is clear: the key to disrupting adtech lies in simplifying measurement. Everyone on the brand side knows attribution is broken, but they still need to present results to teams that don’t fully grasp the complexities. If you can provide alternative measurement solutions that are easy to package and share—something that proves your ad spend is having an impact—you’ll be disruptive.

One cannot ignore the deep implications of the current election.
One must learn its lessons with the earnestness of honest scrutiny.
Here is the lesson I learned - https://t.co/6EzszZi9jS
@Creativepool Or ... adtech has NOT seen any real innovation in over 20 years. Instead it has iterated endlessly around the narrow scale and surveillance business model.
Discuss.
