THE LETHAL GENTLEMAN:
FORGING THE 1% PHYSIQUE.
The modern fitness industry has an incomplete solution to health.
Look around and you'll see:
- Bodybuilders with the cardio of an obese person.
- Marathon runners who'd blow away in a strong wind.
- Powerlifters who are as stiff as a board.
The pursuit of muscle alone is the biggest waste of time there is.
THE HARSH TRUTH FITNESS GURUS WON’T TELL YOU.
As a natural athlete, you're gaining just 2-3 pounds of muscle annually in your 3rd year of bodybuilding.
Spending 5-6 days weekly in the gym for that? Terrible ROI.
True physical excellence demands mastery across multiple dimensions.
What does this look like?
I have categorised this in 6 core categories:
RAW STRENGTH
• Bench Press: 1.5x Bodyweight
• Squat: 2x Bodyweight
• Deadlift: 2.5x Bodyweight
• Pull Ups: 15-20 reps or 0.5x bodyweight added

PHYSICAL COMPOSITION
• Body Fat: Below 15% (DEXA verified)
ENDURANCE EXCELLENCE
• VO2 Max: 55-60 mL/kg/min
• 5km run: Under 22:30
• 1.6km run: Under 6:30
• 500m swim: Under 7:30
EXPLOSIVE POWER

Tennis: 4.0-5.0 NTPR / 9.0-10.5 UTR
The perfect blend of networking and high leisure.
Two questions probably come to mind:
"Why should I care about any of this?"
"How the hell do I achieve all of this?"
Let's address the first question...
These standards aren't arbitrary numbers. They represent the minimum requirements to be truly dangerous - whether protecting your family or having the adequate physicality to dominate the modern world.
Most men today are one crisis away from discovering their fitness is purely cosmetic.
Is spending hours obsessing over your appearance and chasing the pump something you want to waste your life doing?
Or do you want experiences & stories you can tell your grandkids?
While others obsess over how they look in the mirror, you could be building real capability.
You could be building the Durability to tackle whatever life throws your way.

Here are the fitness hacks that would've helped me reach my genetic potential far sooner (naturally):
My biggest issue with Nietzsche was his pathetic life: an incel, sickly, destitute, no readership in his sane years.
When you look at modern far-right Nietzscheans, it's never the blonde beast or übermensch, it's always someone very much like Nietzsche: unattractive, marginalized, and resentful.
Makes you wonder if only those who are completely powerless fetishize power so much.
The best food to stop eating as we head into 2025 by far, is 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤
This is for physical & metaphysical reasons
Pork is high in PUFA, parasitic, greasy, and makes your aura dense
Countries who consume more pork have the most cardiovascular related deaths for a reason
Your spine isn't made of glass.
It's not fragile.
It's not weak.
It’s UNTRAINED.
A masterclass in building an unbreakable back
(THREAD + FULL EXERCISE DEMONSTRATIONS):
It is absolutely imperative that you keep your thoughts in check and your awareness where it needs to be.
Your consciousness physically affects material reality. Literally. No exaggeration.
The double slit experiment taught us particles behave differently when observed. We know as a matter of fact that random number generators can be swayed and tilted to one side within a binary, by intent alone.
Extrapolate the above principles across your every day life.
Energy flows from the immaterial to the material in a very real way. Your reality is a direct reflection of your thoughts. By extension, changing your thoughts physically changes the reality you experience.
Something I’m deeply concerned about is the rapid deterioration of the modern brain.
For those of you who have ever spent 12 hours a day engaged in arduous physical labour, with no phone in sight, you can attest to the level of profundity and quality of thought your mind is able to naturally conjure with relatively little effort. Crystal clarity and laser precision, the most brilliant ideas bubble to the surface of your conscious mind with ease.
~ this was the natural state of man for thousands of years ~
We are getting dumber.
Primarily at fault are the three following causes.
1) attention spans
I needn’t go into how TikTok and social media is absolutely skullfucking our ability to concentrate upon a singular object, conditioning our minds to occupy our focus only toward that which is immediately stimulating and abundant in dopamine.
You must train yourself out of this, or entropy and the path of least resistance will eat your brain alive. Read books. Paper books. Train yourself to re-develop the attention span you once had, and then surpass it.
2) we are distracted and occupied
Remember when people posted their Spotify wrapped? I couldn’t believe some of the numbers people were logging. I frequently saw people post “You listened to (number above 65,000 minutes)”
That’s 3 hours per day. That is neurosis. That is somebody so deathly afraid of confronting their own thoughts that they feel it necessary to drown out all possibility of a thought ever occurring.
What are you focused on? What are you trying to achieve? Do you even have goals? Are they sincere, in which you genuinely pursue them on a daily basis with a fervent and resolute determination? How much BULLSHIT are you clogging your mind with? Honestly.
I’ve said this over and over again:
Silence is where genius resides.
Your BEST thoughts and ideas will come to you in the shower, while driving, while going for a walk. GO FOR MORE WALKS. WITHOUT MUSIC. You will be blown away at what “you” can come up with when you give your brain a chance to breathe, rather than drowning out your thoughts at every opportunity with music, the latest podcast, whatever.
Organise your thoughts. Write down the good ones or else you WILL lose them. Your mind can only hold onto so much at any one time. Journaling is not gay. Reflection develops consciousness and self-awareness. Start now.
3) if you don’t use it, you lose it
It is my recommendation that you use your brain whenever possible, rather than technology. Do not use a calculator to solve equations you can do in your head. Actively train memory recall. Commit phone numbers to memory. Songs. Poems. Anything. Just train your ability to store information - it’s a muscle and can be improved immensely.
Develop your vocabulary. Compose artworks. Read poems from centuries ago, they feel like they come from an alien world, written in a foreign language. Look at Harvard entrance exams of early 1900s. We are dead fucking stupid compared to the standards we once held.
It’s not all bad though.
Look at the bright side: it’s never been easier to stand out. A developed mind, ripe in the cultivation of all its faculties, has never been this impressive.
Get to work.
Resist having a lazy brain. TRAIN IT. IN ALL WAYS.
Fun is a luxury reserved for the women and children.
The moment you stop trying to have "fun".
The moment you stop caring about feeling "happy"
The sooner you'll start chasing things that actually matter in life.
It's the moment you'll finally DO THINGS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER.
And while you won't be having "fun" and you might not even feel "happy".
It is the day you'll feel something even better.
You will feel fulfilled,
And you will quickly realize "happy" and "fun" are overrated.
You never even really wanted them in the first place.
You were chasing fulfillment and purpose the whole time.
Stop trying to have fun.
You have work to do.
Listen to the full Tatespeech on the topic here: https://t.co/PzSy79iYFA
You are truly disciplined when you have so much belief in the importance of your actions that the rest of the world feels like an unnecessary distraction.
Why would I want to have “fun” when I can work instead?
I can be proud of myself for doing what was hard as opposed to entertained by doing what was fun.
Proud > fun.
People like this are impossible to beat.
There are a variety of ways that seed oils either contribute detrimentally to health directly or, at least, serve as a marker for unhealthy dietary patterns.
But is it for the reasons that some claim?
In my recent episode with Dr. Layne Norton (@biolayne), he points out that if we're going to claim that seed oils are uniquely harmful, we need to apply that same logic symmetrically to saturated fat.
Because the evidence against saturated fat is stronger.
Since there are pretty strong feelings about seed oils, let's take a step back. As a champion powerlifter who eats a very high protein diet (by all reports), Layne is neither anti-meat nor likely a high consumer of seed oils.
In fact, given his track record during his Ph.D. (including meat industry funding), his biases lean the other way.
Good science, though, demands that we follow the facts, even if they tarnish an otherwise elegant mechanistic explanation.
And the problem is that the view of seed oils as a primary culprit of modern chronic disease actually oversimplifies its complex, multi-factorial origin... and may even be a type of blame shifting.
In the following clip: We also get into why it is probably still prudent to be careful about seed oils when it comes to situations where there is high heat and reheating.
And even why a healthy diet ultimately does limit the intake of seed oils overall [e.g. fewer processed hyper-palatable foods, fried foods], but this is mostly a result of adhering to other, more useful dietary frameworks.
Find the longer conversation with Dr. Layne Norton, including more of the nuance on seed oils, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube as Episode 94.

The Cabal's "Three Step Plan"🧵
The "Old World Order" is based on independent nation-states. The "New World Order", or One World Order", involves the elimination of the sovereignty and independence of nation-states and creation of some form of world government.
The ORIGINAL GOSPEL OF JESUS (which means 'Good News') was that we are ALL sons and daughters of God
…. not just him.
We are all immortal. We are already saved.
This is really Good News indeed!
However to reap the most benefits of this, we need to realize this HERE AND NOW ON EARTH.
Do so, and all our worries will be over.
