सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आतंकवाद के आरोप में 12 साल से जेल में बंद साकिब अंसारी और वकार अजहर नामक 2 मुस्लिम युवकों को जमानत दे दी है जिसके बाद अब वह 12 साल बाद अपने घर जा पाएंगे। इस ख़बर का जश्न मनाया जाए या सरकारी सिस्टम के ज़ुल्म का दुख मनाया जाए कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा, सरकारी मशीनरी और देश के क़ानून का इस्तेमाल करते हुए केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की एजेंसियां मात्र प्रमोशन के लिए मुस्लिम युवाओं और उनके घरों को बर्बाद करने के लिए सोचने में भी देरी नहीं करती हैं।

जिस साकिब अंसारी और वकार अजहर को अब 12 वर्ष बाद UAPA में जमानत मिली है इन्हें दिल्ली की स्पेशल सेल ने 2014 में गिरफ्तार किया था, आरोप था कि "साकिब और वकार इंडियन मुजाहिदीन नामक आतंकी संगठन के मॉड्यूल को राजस्थान और दिल्ली के आस पास खड़ा कर रहे थे, इनका मक़सद दिल्ली और अन्य राज्यों को दहलाना था।"

पुलिस ने साकिब और वकार समेत दर्जन युवकों के खिलाफ़ राजस्थान में 2 और दिल्ली में 1 FIR दर्ज की थी जिनमें से एक FIR में जयपुर की कोर्ट ने दोनों ही युवकों को आतंकवादी गतिविधियों में शामिल होने के आरोप में दोषी ठहराते हुए 2021 में उम्र क़ैद सज़ा सुनाई जिसे बाद में राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट ने रद्द कर दिया , अन्य दूसरी FIR में भी जमानत मिल गई थी लेकिन दिल्ली की FIR में जमानत न मिलने के कारण दोनों ही युवक 2014 यानी 12 सालों से जेल में बंद थे, क्योंकि दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने दोनों ही युवकों से विस्फोटक, हथियार और न जाने क्या- क्या बरामद भी दिखाया हुआ था, स्पेशल सेल ने साकिब और वकार के खिलाफ़ 197 गवाहों की सूची भी कोर्ट को सौंपी लेकिन 12 सालों में पूछताछ की गई मात्र 68 गवाहों से, 2025 से अब तक स्पेशल सेल और जांच एजेंसियों ने मात्र 2 ही गवाहों से बात की जिसमें एक गवाह का बयान तो आज तक टाइप तक नहीं किया, कोर्ट ने ट्रायल और जांच में देरी देखी तो अनुच्छेद 21 का हवाला देते हुए अब दोनों ही युवकों को जमानत देते हुए रिहा करने का आदेश दिया है।

मेरी इस पोस्ट में स्क्रीन शॉट नंबर 4 पढ़िए, स्क्रीन शॉट हिंदुस्तान की ख़बर का जिसमें बिना ट्रायल और बिना दोष जेल में बंदी बनाकर रखे गए युवकों को जमानत देने के बाद भी आतंकवादी कहकर संबोधित किया जा रहा है, इस स्क्रीन शॉट और खबर के लिंक को इसलिए हमेशा रिकॉर्ड में रखने के लिए पोस्ट कर रहा हूं ताकि दोनों ही युवकों को बरी किए जाने पर @Live_Hindustan से बात की जाएगी।

ये दो मुस्लिम लड़कों जीशान और शावेज़ को कानूनी मामले में फंसाना चाहता था।

​ इसलिए नकुल ने इन दोनों लड़को को 'लव जिहाद' और 'गैंगरेप' के झूठे आरोप में फंसाने के लिए अपनी ही बहन को उनके पास (कार में) भेजा।

​और फिर नकुल ने पीछे से जाकर अपनी बहन का एक वीडियो बनाया जिसमें लड़की यह नाटक करती है कि उसके साथ बहुत गलत हुआ है।

इसके बाद हिंदू संगठनों (जैसे हिंदू परिषद/बजरंग दल) के लोग इकट्ठे हो जाते हैं और पुलिस को बुलाया जाता है।

​पुलिस जब लड़की को कस्टडी में लेकर मेडिकल जांच और कानूनी पूछताछ के लिए ले जाती है तो लड़की पुलिस की सख्त जांच और पूछताछ का दबाव नहीं झेल पाती।

फिर क्या वह सच उगल देती है और कबूल करती है कि यह दोनों लड़को को फंसाने के लिए रचा गया एक झूठा षड़यंत्र था।

​साजिश का भंडाफोड़ होने के बाद मुख्य आरोपी नकुल फरार हो जाता है। पुलिस की तीन टीमें उसकी तलाश में जुटी हुई है

किसी को फँसाने के लिए अपनी ही बहन को मोहरा बना देना इंसानियत और रिश्तों दोनों की हार है।
