@TTUrenewable The availability of all the petroleum-based lubricant needed to keep it running and all the diesel necessary to install it in the first place.
Arabs did run a 1,300 year slave trade across Africa.
Arabs did castrate African boys at massive scale, most didn’t survive.
Arabs did keep Black women as concubines under law.
Arabs did work Africans to death (see the Zanj slave camps).
Arabs did erase African lineage through castration and forced assimilation.
I should know. My ancestors were the Africans Arabs kidnapped
Want more?
@broodloper@ZubyMusic They want Socialism like how Marx said it would work while not considering the possibility they'll get it like the Ayatollah made it work in reality.
@adhdrunsme@FADEDJAYZ@ComicDaveSmith It's connected to Iran. They have the largest terror network in South America, and its Venezuela that enables them. They're basically allies in every aspect but officially on paper.
@eatingglue2 @tokendaddesign @UltraGazoo@byalmeans@LeadingReport It's related to "moral disengagement" and it's a common psychological state where the person sees the "other" as non-human and therefore not a consideration ethically.
@amishescapee Now, they're funding a project by a developer to renovate a building so the developer can have rent capped housing for the disadvantaged... But in the fine print it's only like a 5 year commitment, then can do what they want with it. Then some more can get redone on taxpayer dime
@amishescapee Look at how they "solved" homelessness in LA after they dismantled the mini-houses a charity built for free you get them on their feet.
The local govt made an office that built some mini houses with govt money...oh and there's this guy they knew...
@KarlSodan@Mrbandot1@acnewsitics We use an old Prussian system for education which was arguably purpose-built for indoctrination of whatever material is fed into it, and maligning anyone who doesn't fit the mold. Is it any surprise that it got used by bad actors for indoctrination?
@KarlSodan@Mrbandot1@acnewsitics It's also not really the teacher's fault much of the time. It's the curriculum they're forced to teach, or taught themselves to teach, or what's shoved down their throats by overpaid and self-glorifying people in the administrations.
@OzKaterji@RuebenLunaYT Rural folk from Appalachia to Texas know Progressives only care about them when you want to send someone to sweat, bleed, and die on your behalf. They're tired of only being given your spite and hatred in return.
You've shown them how you truly feel, no need to verbalize it.
@Sillyshib@OzKaterji@RuebenLunaYT 2/2 Then in this last election, this private corporation didn't even hold a primary. The people who control this corporation selected the person to oppose the other party's nominee who was actually voted on, and who that same DNC corporation worked to make the only alternative.
@Sillyshib@OzKaterji@RuebenLunaYT 1/2And let me break this down for you: Fascism according to Mussolini was the merger of state and corporate. Both the DNC and RNC are private corporations. In 2017 the DNC argued in court while sued by Bernie supporters that the primary belonged to those who controlled the party.
@Sillyshib@OzKaterji@RuebenLunaYT I'm not a Republican, and this whole "but the Republicans" crap doesn't excuse anything. The Republicans will at least them alone. You demand their applause for treating them with contempt... And healthcare? Maybe you forgot who healthcare backed in the election?
@prettypatriotCA You seem to think progressives, especially urban ones, tend to look at rural folk in general with anything more than contempt. They largely only care when there's a war to send someone else to fight, or a dirty job for someone else to do.
