@reliancejio @JioCare Didn’t know even devices for KYC need holiday. Told at Centre Point, Aligarh store that today being sunday device is not onn and all sim related txns can be done between Monday to Saturday.

@reliancejio @JioCare Ported from @airtelindia 4 better experience bt first day itself turned trauma. Raised request 4 esim which gt cancelled for 4 unknown reasons & physical sim also gt deactivated. Jio store, ShalimarBagh, delhi failed to help as the kyc app wasn’t working

@JioCare @JioCare any update? Same centre i visited again today at 8:45 Pm and at first i was turned away citing no sim work is done after 7Pm and after argument i have been asked to wait for 15-20 mins
