So my @united flight was delayed *12 HOURS* because their crew was timed out. Customer Service replied to me : “it was out of our control”.

Am I the only one thinking a 12-hour delay without any compensation is a Joke ?

🚨ALERT! Don’t use @bookingcom for your next holidays. Their Free Cancellation Policy is misleading and customer service nonexistent.

I was charged my hotel even tho I used the “free cancellation” policy after my granny fell terribly ill and had to cancel our trip w. @avanluna.
