Beware of @oyorooms and @bookingcom these two companies have been holding up a refund amount over the past 2.5 months and have been taking my family for one joyride.
I suggest everyone to avoid these two platforms as they will keep lying to you.

In this day and age where we can process payments to their platform in 2 seconds but we have to wait ridiculous amounts of time to get the money back by going through the right channels.

Everyone please avoid using @oyorooms and @bookingcom if you have value for your money.
