Interesting convective set-up Monday night to keep an eye on, as an unstable warm moist airmass streams in ahead of cold front moving in from the west, modest deep-layer shear but quite strong low-level shear toward SE England and low LCLs could support a tornado if thunderstorms develop.

During Tuesday, further thunderstorms could develop widely with surface heating in sunny spells, as an upper trough follows cold front steepening lapse rates.
