In 2023 house owner refused to renew the agreement as per the agreed 5% yearly hike instead asked for a whooping 60% hike for a 1000sq in Bangalore. 27k to 43k. Forced to look for other rental homes.

Dear @amazonIN , what is the term Marketplace fee and why should I pay it? When I asked your customer executive she mentioned it as a payment fee and there is a separate fee for COD as well. Irony is why is this fee non refundable?
