This isn’t just about a refund. It’s about selling tampered food products (expiry, MFG & MRP rubbed off), endangering families. I have 2 infants at home, if they consumed this, the consequences could’ve been tragic.

Not a single apology.
I told her thrice: “You haven’t even once said sorry.” She ignored it each time. Ended the call with: “We’ll refund to your Zepto Wallet.”

Zepto’s agent started: “You raised a complaint, may I know what happened?”
I explained this happened before, Zepto guaranteed it wouldn’t happen again, yet it did.

Her response? “I’ll take the feedback and refund the cost in your Zepto Wallet.”

The expiry date, manufacturing date & MRP were deliberately rubbed off this Happy Farms groundnut oil I just received.

This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a dangerous pattern.

After my last complaint, Zepto called me directly, guaranteed it would never happen again and asked me to give them another chance.

Just received an order from @ZeptoNow which included @jivo_wellness Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Shockingly, the manufacturing date, expiry date & MRP have been deliberately scratched off the bottle. This is not just unethical, it’s a serious consumer safety violation. @fssaiindia
