@Wickes Hi, I’ve been trying to resolve a complaint about my kitchen design & installation since Nov. I’ve repeatedly been told it's being looked into but have had no response. Last contact was 23 Feb, chased on 13 March with no acknowledgement. Please can someone look into this?

@Wickes Ive been trying to resolve a complaint about my kitchen installation since Nov. Was advised to raise it at store level but emails were ignored. Submitted a complaint form on 11Jan, followed up on 19Jan, and have yet to hear back. Please advise how this is being progressed

@LloydsBank Hi, I accidentally locked myself out of my online banking when I entered my password wrong too many times. When I tried to reset it, it said I would receive a code within 7 days to reset it. Is that by email or by post? Its stressing me out and I don't know what to do

@LloydsBank Thanks, Brian. I was stressed out and impatient and tried to reset my password a few times and received the same message about the code a few times. Does that mean I will receive multiple codes? And if I do, does that mean I have to wait for the latest one for it to be valid?
