A Tesla Model 3 driver was hit by a semi truck while FSD (Supervised) was engaged.

The truck driver initially blamed the Tesla, but the owner had immediately saved the Dashcam footage by tapping the camera icon. The video ultimately showed what happened, and the truck driver was held liable.

The takeaway: if something unusual or an accident happens, make it a habit to immediately save the Dashcam footage.
