I am immensely proud of our campaign and all those who contributed to it

And thank you to the people of Gorton & Denton who supported it

They are decent, passionate, hardworking people who told me their deepest concerns and were willing to support an alternative

Reform will not abandon them

We will soon be fighting local elections in Tameside and beyond

Reform is now firmly entrenched in northern England

We are the only serious, credible and competent alternative to the broken establishment

We finished ahead of the Labour Party in their own backyard

We finished second in Labour’s sixth safest seat, in an area Labour has controlled for a century

As Labour Minister Lucy Powell herself said, Reform beating the Labour Party in Manchester would be “existential” for Labour

Well, it’s happened

And now we will go on to defeat the Labour Party across the country, from Manchester to the Red Wall, from Wales to southern England

Every Labour MP is on notice

And while the Greens mobilised, they can only run this kind of dangerous, sectarian campaign in a few dozen seats (for now)

Reform can campaign like this everywhere - we have far more breadth and depth

Britain is now clearly heading into a new political battle

Between those who want to destroy our country through extreme policies like open borders while mainstreaming Islamic sectarianism and antisemitism

And those who want to save our country and bring it back

Only Reform is up to the task

The Tories are dead; the Online Right just polled fewer votes than the Monster Raving Looney Party

So I say this

Come and make history with us - we will win the next general election, we will dismantle the Uniparty

Lastly, to the many Reform activists who campaigned by my side

As I said a while ago, Reform is not a political party

It is a movement - it is a family

We stand by one another and help one another until the very end

We campaign hard and we never quit - that’s the Reform Way

To those who came from across the country to help our campaign, to the Reformers who canvassed with us daily, to the entire team, I salute you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart

Well, is there any good news to come out of the Gorton and Denton by election ?

Yes, plenty.

Well to start with, it’s the final nail in Starmers coffin, you can’t lose a 13,000 majority to come 3rd in just 2yrs. He’s done.

The Greens won because they forgot about the trees and the Bees, instead it was about Gaza and Palestine, they became to Hamas what Sinn Fein was to the IRA. Labour will note this and start doing the same, splitting the Muslim vote.

The Green Party will now come under scrutiny, their policies are crazy at best bizarre and ludicrous at worst. Very few people outside of areas where they have their new found Muslim friends will support these policies , in the majority of the country their support just won’t hold up.

In labours 38th safest seat Reform came a very credible 2nd, repeat this in more majority British working class towns and they will win many seats.

The country can now see how the Muslim vote will operate, along purely sectarian lines, for whichever party panders to their wishes and embraces their Radical views regarding Palestine and Israel.

Labour will undoubtedly panic, they believed that covering up the rape and abuse of 1000s of children had bought the loyalty of the Muslim vote, how wrong they were, they will remove Starmer and lurch further left. Which is the wrong direction.

Hopefully large sections of the country will now understand that the greens and Labour are the ones encouraging division and seeking clear sectarian voting, and ultimately do the same by giving their votes to Reform at the next election.

The choices and battle lines are becoming clearly drawn. It’s time to pick a side.

Dear Resident,

My name is Matt Goodwin

I am the Reform UK candidate in the Gorton & Denton by-election on
Thursday, 26th February.

This is a unique opportunity for us all to make history.

Everywhere I walk on these streets, you tell me the same thing.

Keir Starmer’s Labour have taken you for granted.

They have ignored you.

They have neglected you.

Worse, they have even laughed at you behind your backs in WhatsApp groups.

Labour have controlled this area for a century, yet they have done so little for local people.

You deserve better than this.

Your town, your community, our country deserve better than this.

I am not a career politician.

I am not a Tory.

I am not in this for me.

I am fighting this by-election because, like many of you, I am utterly sick and tired of watching the decent, hardworking, law-abiding majority being treated like second-class citizens in our own country.

It’s not right, it’s not fair, it’s not the Britain we all know and love.

So my promise to you is this.

If you decide to elect me as your Member of Parliament on 26th February, you will never be ignored or treated this way again.

And make sure that the decent, hardworking people of this
