@TSB Holborn. Tried to pay my utility bill on Wednesday and today,told that there was trouble with the computers. Left my check and bill. Let’s see if they fix it by tomorrow!

Why is no one held accountable for #TSB? Why are senior and middle management still present, when they passed on the decision to migrate? Why, why, why???
@AlinSebi05#tsb TSB have screwed up mortgage accounts so that customers can't switch even if they wanted to. Folk are stuck paying the full rate of interest as the bank can't process changes to fixed rate deals, costing customers hundreds of pounds. This is a failing bank.
@NickyMorgan01 8 Weeks after the #Tsb migration fiasco not even a change at Board or Snr Mgt. There is no accountability for the mistakes of the past!

Chair @NickyMorgan01 has written to the Chair of TSB to say that the Committee has lost confidence in Paul Pester's position as Chief Executive of TSB, and considers that the TSB Board should give serious consideration at to whether his position is sustainable.
