@MadeToHelp Our sofa even came with a rip in the bottom due to poor shipping! But we’ve accepted it as we don’t want to be without a sofa for yet another 5 months! You need to treat your customers right or you’ll never get repeat business.

You mention installation/activation costs! There should be no installation costs a your mailing out the new V6 Box for me to install and regards to activation charge! How can that vary from £129.95 to £25!!! Explain that?!

@virginmedia Why do your representatives lie about their pricing? I've just be quoted £129.95 to upgrade my existing Tivo box to V6 plus a monthly bill increase of £7.50 I then speak to another representative who then tells me it’s just a one-off payment of £25!
