@MarchMadnessMBB help me understand… Why is there a double standard???? Dan Hurley can step out on the floor (often times both feet several feet on the playing surface) over and over again and get into referees ears, when other coaches get reprimanded if doing the same?
@schuette15 I just don’t like to see coaches complain. Hurley has a great team, but because they are the defending champs, and he gripes about calls that go against him, he seems to be heard more then coaches like Painter. Unfortunately, it’s like this game has been predetermined.
Two great teams playing for the national championship. It’s obviously going to be a battle all the way to the end. However, it’s very frustrating to watch. Dan Hurley complain about every call, and then see the next call go his way just because of his complaining. Just coach Dan!
@ChicagoBears@cairosantos19 The Bears organization is pathetic from the front office down to the coaching staff. This loss is clearly a lack of coaching. There is no reason for this team to be 3-8 at this point of the season. Good teams win close games. Poorly coached teams can’t hold on to leads.
Nothing worse then watching a college coach, that starts a brawl and was allowed to continue on the bench, advance in the tourney and take away opportunities for those that have done what was right. He and a few of his “thugs” should have been removed permanently!
@IlliniMBB 2-2 to start the year??? Just bad basketball!!! It’s time to quit believing all the hype. The Illini are not as good as they think they are. Nobody is going to just give away a win. It takes disciplined “team” basketball.
@IlliniMBB Illinois played worse than an average Junior High team. 25 or more turnovers against an unranked team and over 15 fouls in the second half. It’s all about ball control, and it was clear down the stretch that the Illini didn’t have the discipline to take care of the ball.
@IlliniMBB Can’t finish! I’m tired of all the hype of how good Illinois is going to be. There is no doubt that they have many quality athletes, but when does that transition to wins?
