Marriott Suite Awards. I request them and get denied. I get a yes (very exciting) and then I get to the hotel and it’s not a suite. They didn’t have any available. But I have an email saying it was finally granted?

American Airlines lost my bag. Despite reassurance’s that it was going to be delivered to my hotel in 24 hours it’s been 8 days. I’m washing clothes in the hotel bathtub. The form says they need receipts for items over $100-you mean like my $400 AWAY bag?!
