@PranavSriraman Yeah I think that’s definitely true but I think his passing being this bad is an infinitely worse issue because it basically rules out any chance of him being an engine unless he’s a top 5 scorer in the league (somewhat possible)
Kingston Flemings is seemingly the surefire PG1 in one of the deepest guard classes in recent memory.
Whether deserved or not (and it for sure is) the untouchability of his title might have a lot to do with the science of first impressions.

Cameron Boozer is the best prospect in the world man, the fact he won’t go first overall is truly a disgrace. Falling to #3 is really winning the lottery, this is a franchise altering superstar day 1
Brice Sensabaugh might be in store for a big year 3.
Because, after getting rid of both Sexton and Clarkson, Utah’s backcourt rotation is looking pretty thin, and he should have the opportunity to compete for a full-time starting spot.
Last season he was the only player in the NBA to attempt at least 9 3s every 75 possessions, while making over 42% of them.
What’s so special though is that he isn’t one dimensional, as he’s got a good enough handle to beat closeouts, and a really advanced in-between game.
If he can find ways to leverage his strength into more downhill opportunities, he’d flat out become one of the best scorers in the league.
And if he can find more ways to leverage that pressure into opportunities for others, he might just become an all-star caliber offensive player.
Will he be able to survive defensively though?
Right now He’s below average at every position, isn’t a presence in help, and really doesn’t rebound. So whether or not he finds ways to utilize his size and length defensively will probably determine where he ends up as a player.

Tyrese Proctor to the Cavs: A-
Alijah Martin to the Raptors: A
Maxime Raynaud to the Kings: A+
Amari Williams to the Celtics: A+
Hunter Sallis to the 76ers: A-
Dylan Cardwell to the Kings: B+
Liked all of these guys as late 2nd/UDFA potential gems
I want to thread some of my favorite 2nd round pickups (🧵)
Rasheer Fleming to the Suns: A-
Not as high on Rasheer as some, but I like Phoenix’s focus on getting complementary players who focus a lot of energy on defense. This was a great pickup
Ryan Nembhard to the Mavs: A
I think Nembhard has all the tools to be a backup point guard in the NBA, and I can’t believe he didn’t get drafted. Nice pickup for Dallas.
