By your definition, call spreads create leverage in a down market. That is just not technically correct. BLOX does not use traditional borrowing leverage and is not structured as a leveraged ETF. Like many funds that use derivatives, defined risk put spreads can create additional income when the underlying asset stays above its short strike, but each spread has a purchased protective put that caps the maximum loss. That is materially different from borrowing to lever the portfolio or targeting 2x or 3x market exposure. BLOX is not a leveraged ETF.

And Brad, while I do appreciate your interest in BLOX, I would hope we can have these discussions in a respectful way. You have every right to disagree with me, but to accuse me of lying is a disservice to all who follow our discussions. I may disagree with you, but I don’t accuse you of lying to your followers. It is my love for the truth that drives me to try to respond to these comments. My goal is not to win an argument with you but to give you and our investors a direct and straightforward response. I think these conversations are great but my desire is to keep them productive and truthful.

Everyone panicking about quantum computers killing Bitcoin is skipping the entire middle of the story.

Yes, a machine that can break Bitcoin's encryption is coming eventually. But building one and using one to steal coins are two completely different things, and the gap between them is years, maybe a decade.
Here's what people miss. This isn't a laptop or a virus. A quantum computer capable of breaking Bitcoin is a half million qubits of hardware that has to be kept colder than outer space. It's a national lab. A handful of the rarest scientists on earth. You cannot hide it, and you cannot build it in a basement.

And the day one of these actually works, Bitcoin is the least of the world's problems. The same machine breaks every bank, every government's secrets, every military's communications. It instantly becomes the most valuable and most dangerous object on the planet. Every intelligence agency on earth would be focused on it. Whoever builds it is not going to quietly point it at old Bitcoin wallets and announce to the world they have it.
Meanwhile Bitcoin isn't sitting still. The upgrade to protect against this is already written and already being adopted. The defense has a multi year head start on the threat.

So the real risk isn't "quantum arrives and Bitcoin dies overnight." The real risk is old wallets that reused addresses, which is a housekeeping problem, not the end of Bitcoin.
This is a slow, loud, defended problem that everyone will see coming for years. Not the overnight black swan the headlines are selling you.

Google will tell you that Proclamation 9844 with the Title 10 Federalization Order for the National Guard at the Southern Border was terminated by "Joe Biden"....

Yet the week before AND after PDJT is at the Border, 14 States deployed there in Feb. 2024... 

How? Again... There are ZERO Title 10 Orders or Title 32 Fundings on record for "Joe" from 2021 to 2025... 

The "Former" President at the Border in a live and active Military Operation yet "Joe" nor "Kamala" were EVER seen in Del Rio or Eagle Pass, Texas, operations...

This would have been classified as a Breach of National Security, Seditious Acts to Overthrow Government, Espionage, and other Military and Federal Counts... 

Those actions as a "Former" would have barred #47 AND been easy indictments.
