While you wait for Fauci’s hearing to start, a reminder that when the U.S. government purchased Covid-19 vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna, it contractually agreed to keep the PREP Act immunity in place for as long as their vaccines are administered in the United States.

What that means is that the U.S. government promised Pfizer and Moderna that it could not be sued for harms from its Covid-19 vaccines, irrespective of whether an emergency continued to exist.

But not only did our government contractually agree that Pfizer and Moderna can harm and kill Americans with impunity, it also guaranteed Pfizer and Moderna billions of dollars for this privilege.

Even worse, the U.S. government guaranteed this immunity in July 2020, months before it first authorized Covid-19 vaccines in December 2020. Meaning, the U.S. government pre-guaranteed these companies immunity from any harm caused by their products, thus, knowingly undermining any incentive for them to create a safe product.

And how much were Pfizer and Moderna guaranteed to be paid by the U.S. government to develop a product that could harm its own citizens with impunity? A total of over $21 billion just in the initial rollout -- $8.63 billion for Moderna and $13.15 billion for Pfizer.

The Fallout

The implications are incredible.

To start, Pfizer and Moderna could sue the U.S. government for breach of contract and potentially other relief if PREP Act immunity is terminated before the United States’ use of their COVID-19 vaccines ceases.

Only in an upside-down world would the U.S. government siphon over $21 billion of its citizen’s taxpayer dollars to Pfizer and Moderna and pre-guarantee a profit-motivated company sweeping immunity for harms its product causes to its own citizens.

Summing it up:

The U.S. government guaranteed Pfizer and Moderna immunity for injuries from their products before they were even developed, thereby eliminating the incentive for these companies to make their product safe. Worse, it gave these companies billions of dollars of its citizens’ money to develop these products, and even more incredible, it then spent billions more of its citizen’s money to promote Pfizer’s product as “safe and effective.” And in an ultimate slap to its citizens, then it required them to be injected with this product under the threat of grave consequences, including expulsion from school, losing their job, discharge from the military, etc.

Who is Being Protected?

Who exactly is the U.S. government working for? Whose interests is it protecting?

Government agencies have a well-documented history of being captured by industry. It is known in political science as regulatory capture. In this case, the capture is by pharma and the degree of capture is unprecedented.

You, the collective citizens of the United States, have paid Pfizer and Moderna billions of dollars. You have paid with your taxes. You have paid with your bodies when you were injured without recourse against Pfizer or Moderna. You have paid with your right to freedom when you were forced to be injected with their products under penalty of losing basic civil rights, employment, or more.

And what have Pfizer and Moderna paid? Nothing. They instead raked in billions of dollars of your money as long as they developed a Covid-19 vaccine and were shielded from liability irrespective of how unsafe of a product they developed or how much harm it would cause the public that paid them.

The Solution

The above again brings into focus why no medical product should ever be mandated. This assures you can say “no” if you don’t want a product developed with pre-guaranteed immunity for harms. “No” where its clinical trial had more deaths in the vaccinated group than the placebo group. “No” where it generates over $55 billion in revenue but its morally-bankrupt manufacturers won’t spend a dollar to compensate those injured.

Even if you support all current vaccines, masks, etc., there may come a day when you may not want to take a mandated medical product or procedure. When that day comes, it may be too late to recapture the rights you have surrendered. Rights lost are rarely retrieved. This is why, while everyone should be free to take any medical product, everyone should also be free to decline any medical product without penalty.

It should be that simple.

Take Action

To that end, I encourage you to send the following proposed legislation to your legislative representatives:

“No law may require or coerce a person to receive or use a medical product, or impose a penalty or deprive a benefit for refusing a medical product or refusing to disclose whether a person has received a medical product.”

Medical freedom is freedom. If you cannot get a job, go to school, play sports, sit in a restaurant, or otherwise participate in civil society because you refuse a medical product, then what good are your rights if you can exercise them only at home by yourself? That is why medical freedom is a fundamental right that must be permanently fixed into the law of every civilized nation.

Thank you to all the warriors, veteran and new, who join arms in the battle to secure this fundamental right. As aptly stated in the Declaration of Independence, we “are endowed by [our] Creator with certain unalienable Rights” and to safeguard those rights “we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” We must never yield to the tyranny of permitting others to dictate what can or must be placed, administered, or injected onto or into our bodies. For once that right is ceded, none truly remains.

My name is Dr Sabine Hazan Steinberg. I am married to Dr Alon Steinberg who was the expert on the Michael Jackson Conrad Murray trial. I am the sister of Dr. Lydie Hazan who brought Ivm and Harvoni as well as hundreds of pharma products to market. My Other sister @CaroleHazanmd is a famous dermatologist in NY who specializes in Moh’s surgery. My brother-in-law is an oncologist in NY, my other brother-in-law is Gi, and his sister's father and uncle are all Drs in NY. My other sister-in-law is an ob-gyn. Over 10 Drs in the family, made me step into Covid to see the data myself because I don't trust much.
I am a gastroenterologist by specialty who performs a procedure called Fecal transplant and have done hundreds of trials for pharma. I was called the queen of Cdiff by pharma because I was always the top recruiter for those trials. Cdiff is a bacteria that causes diarrhea. Patients would join the trials and if the trials failed, I would do a Fecal transplant. A fecal transplant is taking 💩of a healthy person and putting it in the colon of a patient with Cdiff. When fecal transplant fixed more than Cdiff, I paid attention. When 💩capsules became a clinical trial without understanding 💩 (the microbiome), I went rogue and started @Progenabiome. I wrote 57 protocols and started my lab. When no one funded us or supported us, I used my savings to see the truth. When Covid hit, I knew my ability to do fecal transplants would be on hold so I looked at 💩 for Covid because I knew it would be a big mistake to transplant infected Covid stools in patients. In 2020, @Progenabiome became the first lab worldwide to identify whole genome sequences of COVID-19 in the stools of all symptomatic patients clinically seen. We saw early on the impact of Hcq and Ivm on the gut and my team and I wrote 3 protocols which were submitted to @US_FDA and posted on clinical trials .gov since April 2, 2020. Those protocols were Hcq, Zpack, Vit C, D and Zinc and Ivm Doxy, zinc, Vit C And D. As we got approved early to run 2 protocols by @US_FDA, I noticed interference in research by the media destroying Hcq and Ivm but also we could not advertise on Fb and IG. In July 2020, while treating patients and running trials on COVID-19, we discovered that people with zero bifidobacteria had severe COVID-19 vs. patients exposed to COVID-19 who never had it. We then discovered the loss of Bifidobacteria was a feature of #longhaulers, #crohns, #Lymedisease, #invasivecancer, #alzheimers, V injured, #autism, #anxiety. We also discovered Vit C and Ivm increased the bifidobacteria for only 24 hrs. In late 2020, when the vaccines rolled out, I recruited patients to see the effects of mRNA on the microbiome. To my surprise, it killed the Bifidobacteria but also persisted in killing the Bifidobacteria. I was called an anti-vaxer who spread misinformation when in reality, I was spreading EARLY INFORMATION. Since then, I Saw the corruption in medicine when my hypothesis paper was retracted. Saw the politics of Medicine and the fact that the price of a stock mattered more than the price of a life. Since then TRUST IS COMPLETLY GONE. Since then I have published numerous papers, done a lot of podcasts, and spoken at hundreds of conferences on how the microbiome tells the story of COVID-19. All on @Progenabiome website. Since then Fecal transplants have not been easily done by GI Drs as pharma wants to push a pill. This will delay innovations in Medicine. Since then it has been very hard to publish all I have learned. Since then I have seen the narrative pushed by Lobbyists.

The totalitarianism we warned of is happening.

The European Union is at this moment forcing big tech companies to secretly engage in mass censorship. Google and Facebook are, apparently, going along with it.

Only Elon Musk’s X, among the major platforms, is resisting.

A few hours ago, Musk said, “The European Commission offered 𝕏 an illegal secret deal: if we quietly censored speech without telling anyone, they would not fine us. The other platforms accepted that deal. 𝕏 did not.”

And so now, the EU is preparing to punish X with massive fines — up to 6% of total global revenue.

I can't imagine a more egregious form of foreign interference in our domestic affairs than foreign governments demanding mass secret censorship for ideological and political purposes.

Most terrifying is the apparently direct involvement of government intelligence and security agencies, and their intermediaries, in demanding censorship.

This is all happening at the very moment that the same governments, including our own, warn of Russian disinformation through spam accounts that hardly anybody ever sees.

Don’t be fooled by what is happening. Governments and former intelligence officials in Europe, Australia, Israel, Brazil, and Ukraine and other nations are not only demanding censorship but also often spreading their own disinformation.

For example, the EU claims that there is more false information on X than on other platforms, and more censorship would reduce it.

This is false. Only X has the open-source Community Notes system, which allows for real-time corrections to false information. A recent study in JAMA, the Journal of American Medicine, found that 97.5% of the Community Notes were entirely accurate, 2%, partially accurate, and 0.5%, inaccurate.

It’s not perfect. I myself sometimes disagree with them. And of course, science is never standing still, so what appears accurate today might not be accurate in the future.

However, X’s Community Notes uses more speech, not censorship, to provide context to controversial content. You can still agree or disagree with the content, even with a Community Note attached.

What the EU wants is for its committees of experts, not Community Notes, to secretly decide what we can read and say online. This is unethical and unconstitutional.

Another key part of the EU’s disinformation is that “researchers” should have access to X’s internal data, which Musk cut off when he bought Twitter. But those people who want the data aren’t researchers. They’re censorship activists, many of whom have deep relationships with governments in general and intelligence agencies in particular.

If the EU succeeds in censoring X, Facebook, Google, and every other major Internet platform, then there is no free speech. There is only government-controlled speech.

Many people rightly worry about the implications of a single man, Elon Musk, being all that stands between us and foreign governments’ totalitarian censorship plans. I worry about that, too. Our speech is inalienable. It is not something governments give to us.

We need to fight back. While we should be grateful to Musk for standing up to the totalitarians in Europe, Brazil, and Australia, we must build a citizen’s movement to fight back.

CONTEXT: Stancik who had pacemaker surgery earlier this month says she’s never had a positive test for COVID-19.

An Army spokesman disputed some circumstances surrounding Stancik’s release from active duty, also telling our team:

“‘Covid vaccine injured’ is a non-specific term with no objective tests or clinical parameters and cannot be medically diagnosed.”

Asked if they disputed the memo’s findings, the spokesman said, “The Army Human Resources Command October 2023 memorandum speaks for itself.”
