@mes06801@cremieuxrecueil Sure, but that's population management. Original post said "kill every last tick" which I would be wildly in favor of - I just don't think we know how to actually do it.
@nikitabier@mert I suspect it’s very hard but my number one request for X is to never have to see AI replies on peoples posts. Just destroys the entire value of the conversation to have to wade through so much garbage
We looked at this and ultimately decided not to do it.
IIRC a few issues - will mess with 409a (hard to argue higher share price for conversion math at the same time you want low 409a for options)
Also means you need to raise an equity round to price the shares rather than use a SAFE
I’m not an expert here these were just the issues we encountered
@moyix Google Docs and enable markdown support. Easy copy/paste/export as markdown.
I collaborate with humans in Google Docs and copy as markdown to collaborate with an LLM
Just had a wonderful experience with @mercury where they let me upload a doc to be printed and sent along with a check - that is some top notch attention to detail and saves me so much time. Thanks @immad !
@PatrickHeizer not arguing that it doesn't suck, obviously it sucks! The official DOT recall report seems to say it still meets federal standards but fails the Toyota standard, so it might be safe to drive in the interim. Unclear. https://t.co/veX9dJU9H5
Imagine the logistics though. Usually (I assume) recalls involve a bad part that their service network can replace. If the welding is done at the factory—and I assume their servicing network is not prepared to do custom welding—executing the remedy seems like it’s going to be a nightmare.
