I’m not saying that all Christians need to be 10% body fat.

But, it’s clear to me that God did not create us to be weak, unhealthy, or unconfident.

This is our body. This is our vehicle.

If our body is weak, slow, and broken - it is less capable of doing so.

If our body is strong, healthy, and confident, it will enhance our ability to honor God and serve his people.

My favorite verse on the list is #3, Romans 12:1.
