Our BSAA pillars are to Educate, Empower, and Unify.
We all had a great time educating, empowering, & unifying the youth at the Boys and Girls club by teaching them about #BlackHistoryMonth!
We will be highlighting two female athletes who are both at the highest levels in their respective sports!

To begin, our President @DDJenne gains inspiration from Bessie Coleman 👩🏾✈️✈️
Our Vice President @heavenis_4real gains inspiration from Annie Lee Cooper.
Former US Representative & Civil Rights Activist John Lewis describes her as, “ Upfront, pleasant and....absolutely fearless” while aiding in the 1960s Civil Rights Movement.
