What if we stopped adding AI to existing software, and started redesigning software around AI?

One of my ideas is to rethink the text editor from the ground up — not just add an AI assistant to Word.

I’m actually building one to see if this idea makes sense.

They clicked “Subscribe” on my app and ended up in Stripe’s test environment.

The product is ready.

The payment system isn’t.

One of the strangest milestones in building an indie product:

Someone actually tried to pay me.

And I wasn’t ready.

Now I’m waiting for paperwork from the US government before I can finish setting up payments.

Nobody tells you about these parts of building software.
