Someone with ocd could tell themselves that everyday but it’s not going to stop the cycle. Exposure therapy (done properly) is proven to help much more even if it seems extreme

@grimspo @ibeemakingstuff The point isn’t just curing over-cleaning(or whatever a person’s compulsion is) but also curing the overwhelming anxiety and thoughts ocd gives you. Telling a person with ocd to clean less isn’t going to do anything long term

@recordsnrascals I had vip pit in Chicago and the pit was pretty friendly, we all had a decent amount of room to breathe and move and could get out pretty easily if needed. Probably less room closer to the stage than the back ofc but it wasn’t bad at all
