It has just come to my attention that II hasn’t sent voting options through to my wife and families ISA holdings. My wife has messaged them so please do check and don’t wait for them to send to you automatically.
@SWC_Wiki Would be massive if #SWC were 4th to issue but if they become the 3rd BTCTC to issue a pref then that would be double massive. Either way I’m measuring up for my spacesuit 🚀🚀
Its been a rough couple of weeks with Bitcoin and The Smarter Web Company share price; however, mNAV has got above par when other treasury companies have seem a compression in mNAV over the same period, which i think is not an accident after Monday's Proposed Capital Reduction announcement to issue the first preferred perpetual equity in the UK.
LSE: #SWC | OTCQB: $TSWCF | FRA: $3M8
Last bottom was $15,500
If you held to $126k you were 700% up
If you still hold you’re still 300% up
Now we’re at $64k, from here 400% takes it to $320k
500% goes to $384k
600% is $448k
If Bitcoin does the same 700% from the bottom of this cycle it’ll go to $512k
Act accordingly 🧡
Smarter Web @smarterwebuk raised equity and used smart debt to stack 2,878 BTC — while Google just dropped $80B into AI capex on GPUs that depreciate, models that go stale, and infrastructure replaced every 18 months.
One stack decays. The other doesn’t.
And with shareholder approval now underway for a £210M capital reduction to create distributable reserves, Smarter Web’s upcoming preferred equity is set to unlock the UK’s first major Bitcoin-linked yield product — @saylor -style digital credit, built for British capital markets.
Gold has miners. Houses have developers. Silver has refineries.
Bitcoin has thermodynamics. No boardroom can flood supply when price rises — only physics sets the ceiling.
$1T in private AI capex is stimulus nobody voted for. Bitcoin just does Bitcoin, unbothered, the one true category of money.

Quiet on here tonight. I assume everyone is out hustling to earn extra to BTFD. When sentiment is low that is a massive signal to fill yer boots. Stack higher my friends ✌️
Very few people are connecting these 2 dots.
On May 26th, someone sold $1,260,000,000 in $IBIT by paying $29,500,000 in execution fees.
This shows the entity was in a big hurry to exit their position.
Saylor sold $2,500,000 in $BTC between 26th-31st May at $77,135.
But Bitcoin only traded at this price on May 26th, which means they sold on May 26th.
Everyone knows if Saylor sells, Bitcoin will dump no matter the amount.
Does that mean the entity knew about this, or is it just a coincidence?
@mrwebleyteach@satmojoe@satsvsfiat@smarterwebuk It is an unbelievable work of genius. I showed it to a group of colleagues after work, who spontaneously started clapping at the end of the film. Spread it far and wide.
Bitcoin is like nothing we've ever dealt with before, no one has any idea how it'll behave technically and in the market.
Plus, 99% of people don't understand it.
BTC is down 15% in the past four weeks.
I’m still building financial products on it.
Every time Bitcoin moves sharply, I get asked whether I’m concerned.
I run a fully licensed life insurance company operating on a Bitcoin standard.
We’ve spent 4 years building infrastructure designed to last the next century. A weekly price swing doesn’t change that.
Short-term volatility is simply the cost of long-term resilience.
If you are going to allow yourself to be radicalised, forget politics, or immigration policy, or flags, etc, just get Bitcoin to be all over your algo. Your life will change forever and your attention will be captured on a force for good and human flourishing.
Gary Brecka on white bread:
“The whiter the bread, the faster you’re dead.”
He only eats sourdough. Says white bread is literally made with bleached flour, actual bleach. The food industry doesn’t want to kill you quickly. They want slow, chronic inflammation that keeps you buying medicine.
It sounds like a conspiracy until you realize how much money is made between the food that makes us sick and the drugs that manage the symptoms.
What we eat every day quietly shapes our long-term health more than most people want to admit.
Do you still eat regular white bread, or have you switched to sourdough or cut it out?
There’s a reason all your favorite podcasts are full of “ex CIA” guys.
There’s no such thing as ex CIA.
The nightly news died so the illusion of independent media could live.
You’re just getting the state sanctioned narrative delivered through a more intimate frequency.
