This is not how a respectable company should treat its loyal customers. It is a sad occasion for us, because we loved our deliveries of these great products and being a small part of the @Riverford family. Additionally, the treatment we received was extremely disappointing.

After 15 years of being a customer (with 525 weekly deliveries completed), we had to regretfully stop our @Riverford deliveries. Our delivery day was changed, without any consultation or, even, any advanced notice. The new day wasn't workable for us; no alternative was offered.
