@erdeow Oh please, the confidence you have while arguing with a point I never made is genuinely impressive. You’re not correcting me you’re fighting your own interpretation of my tweet, maybe read it properly before giving yourself another lecture
seeing that recent post about Saudi girls unmasking themselves genuinely broke my heart. you can grow up surrounded by Islam, hear the adhan your whole life and still not know the sweetness of having iman in your heart. hidayah is not something we inherit; it is a gift Allah
@erdeow I’m not against their choice, they should be free to decide for themselves but if that choice was imposed on them, it isn’t truly voluntary…either way, why mock the veil or suggest that choosing modesty means a woman is living in a cage?
@erdeow Girl, excuse me we don’t need your definition of freedom. We’re perfectly capable of making our own choices. Not every woman who chooses differently from you is trapped, oppressed, or jealous of you
Why are you so convinced we’re obsessed with Arabs? Stop projecting that weird obsession onto us. Islam isn’t defined by one ethnicity, and honestly, you’re nowhere near as important to us as you seem to think.
Muslims in the west please stop acting like your faith begins and ends with what arab women are wearing or doing. We are not the high priestesses of Islam, nor does the sanctity of the entire religion rest on our shoulders.
the worst part about more interaction is people reading your pov, misunderstanding the topic, and then arguing with you based on their own version of what you said

@Imsogratefvd I never said a piece of cloth alone determines someone’s iman or guarantees Jannah…kindly don’t comment without reading the whole post or understanding the point I was making
The way some Saudi women deliberately turn the veil into something to mock, stepping on it, insulting it, and doing all these unnecessary things is honestly disturbing. You can choose to wear it or take it off; that’s your choice. But why act as if the veil itself imprisoned you?
sleepily kissing someone who cares for and adores you so much, who giggles when you mumble about how sleepy you are and how they smell so good and feel so warm, and soft, and should never leave, may just fix me
