I walked into the dealership today to take delivery of my brand-new car. I walked out without it.

All banking formalities were completed and the full payment for my Maruti Suzuki Victoris had already been made. Naturally, I expected a brand-new, defect-free vehicle.

However, during the pre-delivery inspection, I noticed visible scratches around the headlamp area and a few other issues. I declined delivery and made a simple request:

Please replace this vehicle with another brand-new, defect-free unit.

The response was surprising:

"The vehicle cannot be replaced because the registration and insurance have already been processed on this chassis number."

My question to @Maruti_Corp @MSArenaOfficial is simple:

Why should a customer bear the consequences of a dealer's administrative haste when the customer has not even accepted delivery of the vehicle??

A customer pays for a new car, not a compromised one.

I am not asking for any special favour. I am only asking for what every customer deserves, a brand-new, defect-free vehicle.

I hope Maruti Suzuki will resolve this matter fairly and reinforce customer trust.

Just spoke to someone who is taking his insurer to court over unending price hikes in health insurance,

He bought 50 L floater health insurance for parents for Rs. 60K in 2011.

In 2026, the premium shot up to an absurd 5 Lakhs (Father: 71, Mother: 70)

That jump came through back to back hikes of 54% and 12% (net of zero GST) in two consecutive years.

He can still afford it. That's not the point.
He wants the court to answer HOW FAR THESE HIKES CAN GO?

Told him he is doing public service for lakhs of senior citizens in India affected by this.

A father in Chennai gave his daughter a house as a wedding gift. The architects built it almost entirely from brick, and used that “primitive” material to solve a problem glass and concrete usually can’t.

The Gully Home sits on an east facing plot overlooking the Bay of Bengal, meaning it takes the full force of the morning sun in exchange for the ocean view. ED+ Architecture’s answer was a double skinned facade: porotherm blocks on the inside, half cut bricks on the outside, cooling the interior while trapping heat in the wall itself rather than passing it through. Every window pairs an inward glass shutter with an outer aluminium louvered one, giving residents six different combinations of light, view, and airflow depending on the hour.

Inside, a triple height great room named after old Chennai’s street life pulls every bedroom’s bay window toward it, so the house stays visually connected floor to floor. The roof slab is layered with terracotta pots as fillers, cutting the concrete needed and the heat it would’ve absorbed.

Nothing about it reads primitive. It reads solved.

A guy wanted to start a small business selling custom products online.

Today, as I entered Telangana, I saw that at the same border which was closed by the government a long time ago, illegal extortion of ₹20 to ₹200 was being done from truck drivers in the name of excise.

As soon as I stopped, I was asked for ₹200, and my camera recorded it all. The most astonishing thing was that the guard demanding the money had no proper uniform, no nameplate, no cap. He was standing in slippers and a shirt with broken buttons, accompanied by a private officer.

When I protested, their in-charge arrived. He was also wearing slippers and without the proper uniform. I asked him tough questions, and after a while, he changed his clothes and returned in full uniform. After that, I spoke to him openly and registered my protest about the entire matter.

సొంత గ్రామంలో ఇల్లూ వాకిలీ లేకపోతే? కొన్ని తరాలుగా సొంత గ్రామమే హైదరాబాద్ అయితే?

Elon Musk was asked by an interviewer what he does when he makes a wrong decision.

He said he doesn't make decisions based on being right. He makes decisions based on expected value. Which means he expects to be wrong frequently. He said if you're not wrong at least 30% of the time you're not making enough decisions.

He described SpaceX's approach to rocket design. Instead of spending years perfecting a design on paper and then building it, they build it fast, launch it, watch it explode, and use the explosion as data for the next version. The explosions aren't failures. They're the fastest way to generate the information needed for success.

He said most companies fail not because they make bad decisions but because they make too few decisions. They spend so long trying to be right that the opportunity passes. A wrong decision made quickly generates data. A delayed decision generates nothing.

Then he said the part that made the interviewer go quiet. He said the biggest mistakes of his career weren't the times he was wrong. They were the times he was right but too slow. The times he knew the answer and waited for more confirmation before acting. The delay cost more than any wrong answer ever did.

The world sees Elon as a risk taker. He sees himself as someone who moves fast enough that the cost of being wrong is always lower than the cost of being slow. That's not the same thing as courage. It's math.
