VIDEO | The Supreme Court has cancelled bail to Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar in the murder case of former junior national wrestling champion Sagar Dhankar at the Chhatrasal Stadium in the national capital. Advocate Joshini Tuli says, "Allegations against Sushil Kumar were that he organised 22 other accused persons to carry out this crime in 2021, and he murdered Sagar Dhankhar and four others. All the witnesses were tampered with by Sushil Kumar while he was on interim bail. He misused his interim bail which was granted to him and that is why all the witnesses did not support the case during trial. There are scientific evidence against Sushil Kumar and that is why his bail was set aside by the honourable Delhi High Court. He has to surrender within one week."

#WATCH | Advocate Joshini Tuli, counsel for complainant in wrestler Sushil Kumar case, says, "Today the bail granted to Sushil Kumar was set aside because it was an erroneous order and that is why the High Court's order has been set aside today in an appeal by the victims' father, Ashok Dhankar. We challenged that order on the grounds that it was an erroneous order. It was not correct as per law because Sushil Kumar had tampered with witnesses whenever he was granted interim bail, and the main star witness had supported the case, and there was video footage of the incident, which is why this appeal was allowed today. Whenever Sushil Kumar came out on interim bail, he tampered with all the public witnesses, including injured witnesses, and that is why all of them turned hostile before the trial court, and the trial is still going on. There are many public witnesses left to be examined before the trial court..."

@JioCare @reliancejio this is the 3rd time in 15 days I'm facing this issue and no resolution has been received & for the past 2 days no service technician is assigned till now. Kindly resolve this at the earliest. Effectively this causes usage of the WIFi only for Max 15 days.
