@OctopusEnergy Hi there again , with only about a week to go to the tariff changes , I still haven’t received an email with the new amounts on , when will I get notified, as it’s making it more limited on being able to make a decision on changing tariff and or supplier .

@AvivaUK Hi , is it reasonable to have waited 9 weeks to have a repair appointment only for it to be cancelled with only 12 hours notice and no new appointment given ?
What do Aviva class as an acceptable time to wait before I can go to the ombudsman ?
@AvivaUK Hi , can you tell me if it’s Aviva preferred repairers policy is to keep postponing my repair as my car is “drivable” and prioritise others , as it’s been nearly 10 weeks and I’m no further forward in getting my car repaired . What is an unreasonable time to wait .
