Hello World! We've been away for a while but we are back! Let us summarise the previous months since quite a lot was going on.
1. During the summer we welcomed two new post docs - Sarfaraz Alam who joined our experimental team and Gamze Tanriver who join our in silico team.
Next part of our TLR story was presented during QBIC6 conference by @BzowkaMaria, Kasia and @tunnelinggroup former member Agnieszka. Great collaboration!!
It is official. @tunnelinggroup will have 5 more PhD students on board, with wide range of expertise to train :). Warm welcome to Weronika, Kasia, Ola, Jaspreet and Salman!!
Also, part of the team participated in the kick-off-meeting in Graz dedicated to EIC Pathfinder project "Teaching Lytic Polysaccharide Monooxygenase to do Cytochrome P450 Catalysis"

As you can see - we were pretty busy this summer. Plenty of activities and much more to come! Stay tuned!
It was quite a ride but (finally!) we are happy to share our latest article published in @ploscompbiol: https://t.co/V0ke2x7340
If you want to know a little bit more about the evolution of tunnels just taka a look

The goal of the study was to evaluate the evolution of tunnels in the family of soluble epoxide hydrolases.
We proposed two types of tunnels evolution analysis - general and a detailed one.
Update regarding positions available in @tunnelinggroup 1 postdoc - project focused on selective inhibitors against forest pests, 1 postdoc + 1 researcher - design of platform for selective oxidation. Full time. Start ASAP.
We are warmly welcome Oksana Kovalenko senior researcher from Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in @tunnelinggroup. We hope you will find here a new home for as long as it will be needed. Great to have you on board!
