@siccentry@Jobeth57455488@EltreceHombre It doesn't mean anything for international, just means it's likely going to be a 300-350 theater release as opposed to the usual 150-200 that solo aniplex releases go for
Excluding the Hidden Inventory volumes, which were abnormal due to popularity among fujoshi crowd, this is about 50% down from S2, which isn't too dissimilar from the drop in ratings, which was a bit over 40%...

@yahyaadam587891 "The community" isn't whatever vague collection of data is taken in and weighted arbitrarily by parrot across some social media, wiki, blogs and the likes.
just going to point that this "demand" stuff is just shit that parrot analytics makes on a yearly basis, the company isn't taken seriously and their demand isn't about views but just vague media activity on social, wikis and stuff. it holds no value.

@Beingsaii45@ToxicNezuko U stupid bitch ass if you want real stats, jjk holds the Guinness World Record for the most in demand anime in the world, ds has the box office because people like pretty lights in a theater, but jjk actually runs the culture and the internet.
I don't especially care about whatever shit-slinging contest people have going on but parrot borders on clickbait and isn't a serious source, "demand" isn't a serious metric, and whatever they pay guinness to advertise their findings doesn't lend them credibility.
Crunchyroll has corrected its statement on DRAGON BALL and Dr. SLUMP copies in circulation, as there's *no verified source* to claim any number close to 438 million copies.

@t4tGentan@Dpriterxl they didn't give any timeline. just because you read some leak that may or may not have been legitimate doesn't mean there was any sort of official announcement acknowledging it.
MangaOne has revealed that the writer of “Act Age” Tatsuya Matsuki is writing the series “Seisou no Shinrishi” under the name of Yatsunami Itsuki.
Matsuki was arrested for assault against a middle school student August 2020, and subsequently received a guilty verdict (1 year and 6 months in prison, suspended for 3 years).
Discussions began regarding him writing the series in August 2024 after consulting with experts on his rehabilitation and internal discussion.
Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network.
In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome.
AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement.
We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only.
We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements.
We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.
