@Butlins still being fobbed off by butlins. Absolutely would not recommend this place anymore. Going down hill as quick as pontins and not a care for their customers. So many people saying the same this year. Shame on Butlins.

@Butlins No. We came in Aug. I put a complaint in on resort about the state of our room, and when home about the food. I did not know we could remove the food package until we were home. We did not even eat at the restaurant several times it was that bad.

@chrisjlear @Butlins Indeed. I have said, i paid for a product i didn't receive. They are advertising as if all is "normal " yet it seems a complete shambles.
