The first one is pretty difficult. That's not really something I've ever seen a wrestler do. That's an old school shaolin/bboy move, seen more commonly there.
The rest are fairly simple to learn. Learn to roll back generally to headstand first. If you can do it seated then from standing is much easier due to momentum.
Headstand first as it teaches you how to roll back onto your shoulders and head without smacking them.
then you can practice adding a push to handstand. It's actually easier to push up and land on your feet than hold in a handstand.
I'd say the benefits are not so much neck strength but body awareness and control, a little bit of reactive strength of the neck and shoulders
