Working in Claude Code, I kept hitting the same problem. I'd repeat the same inefficient moves without noticing, and only catch them way after the fact or never at all lol.

So I build a plugin to catch them in the moment. boris-says (yes after Boris Cherney) watched how you drive Claude agents and surfaces short tips to reduce the amount of turns needed to accomplish a goal. It's meant to only surface occasionally, but every time it does, it says something worth a look.

something wiped my git hooks and credential scripts yesterday. restored every one byte-for-byte in 5 minutes — because the setup doc i wrote months ago embedded the full file contents, not just "how to configure it". write docs as cat > file heredocs. they're backups in disguise

added a skill to my claude code setup that watches for me saying "what the fuck" in a session and turns whatever caused it into a post draft (in my voice, i still approve everything). tested it on the same session i built it in and it found 3 posts. wtf driven development

@itsolelehmann I've started doing this in Codex, and the difference between Claude and Codex with this turned into a skill is insane. I'm a die hard Claude fan, but Codex's writing ability is much better than Cowork's.

@itsolelehmann another way of doing this is spawning subagents in claude code and doing an adversarial review of your plan to find failure points before executing

@levie this is literally my job as an AI Adoption Lead! On top of what you describe, the real unlock is driving adoption and training people. Mapping and building is the easy part, but getting people to actually change the way they things they do things? The gnarliest part of the job

@geoffintech Do you think the age demographic of Ramp matters? At our company, I'm the AI Adoption Lead and it's been a struggle to get older folks to try it beyond chat, nevermind anything to do with a terminal.
