@bcherny #BUG: Claude #Chat can't read a #PDF attached to a #Gmail message. ChatGPT does it in one step. Your Gmail-connector returns the file base64 via RAW, but Chat has no path from tool output to the sandbox, so it can't decode it. (Works in Cowork, but slow).
