Did bus booking through Amazon which runs on @redBus_in

I need to cancel the bus ticket booked on Amazon. While Cancelling, It shows 100% refund, but when I proceed to cancel, it shows that cancellation cannot be done.

@amazonIN customer support is telling to contact @redBus_in . So what's the point of having a booking platform on Amazon if Amazon cannot assist cancellation and refunds of tickets. I would better prefer @redBus_in instead of Amazon for bus booking
