I am using same landline with airtel and my jio fibre connection, same landline  is working... due to fault in RJ11 , device change should be done ..looklike second hand modem has been installed..
See why I am wasting my time from last 3 days , escalating my concern

Kindly look into the matter as I have called customer care more than 6 times but have had no response

I am using jio connection 3rd time but instead of raised customer delight, this time you are listening to customer pain

If jio modem with  faulty RJ11 not working , actually  this was task of installation guy but he confirmed there is some technical issues that will be solved
