@NintendoAmerica Tested both USB-A ports, multiple known-good cables, Pro Controller + original Joy-Con Charging Grip. Both accessories charge directly from the Switch 2 AC adapter. Dock/system firmware current; full power cycle didn't help. Other users appear to be reporting the same issue.

@NintendoAmerica Possible Switch 2 dock USB bug: USB-A charges my Pro Controller normally with the console OUT of the dock. The instant I dock the Switch 2, charging stops. Remove it and charging immediately resumes. Same with Joy-Con Charging Grip. Is this a known issue?
