You know what’s fantastic? When @USPSHelp can’t deliver parcels by their delivery date! At least 3 parcels expected recent have missed their delivery date, and one is lost in their system, hasn’t had any updates in 2 days!! Always the ever-reliable United States Postal Service..

Ordered @ChipotleTweets online, showed up to the store to pick it up, was told somebody already picked up the order. Store refused to remake it unless I ordered it and paid a second time. So the store let somebody walk off with our food and I’m out $30.

@FidiumFiber I’ve already called after our landlord had set it all up with your sales engineers. He told me I could call to set up my account and schedule 1GB install, but your people knew nothing about it and could only offer 10MB service on copper. Waste of my time.

The most reliable mode of communications. Too bad many municipalities are retiring telegraph systems and moving boxes to radio/cellular technology. They don’t work when the cell network fails!!
