80 year old Khamis Rabee Jabara, a Palestinian with US citizenship, sustained a head wound and severe bruising Thursday evening after Israeli occupation forces beat him and fired stun grenades in the occupied West Bank town of Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah.

According to Anadolu Agency, footage from the scene captured Jabara bleeding on the ground surrounded by soldiers as an individual displayed his United States passport to troops while recording the attack.

Palestinian Red Crescent medical teams transferred Jabara to a hospital for emergency treatment following the assault.

The incident adds to a grim tally of violence against individuals holding US citizenship in the territory, following the killings of Palestinians with US citizenship Khamis Abdul Latif Ayyad in August 2025 and Saif al-Din Musallet in July 2025 due to settler and military violence.
